I would like to move the mouse over a word and then a
sumbmenu would appear and from the submenu I can then
hyperlink to that topic.

How do I create that in FrontPage. Is there a menu driven
option that could do that in the software.
 
Which version of FrontPage??
If 2003 check out Behaviors.
