Sub-Folders under Bus. contacts in BCM 2007 beta

Is there a way to create sub folders &/or groups for contacts under the
Bus.Contact folder in BCM 2007 beta (other than catagories). I have
thousands of contacts which are currently sub-foldered in outlook.

In the OutlookBCMGuide, on page 8 under 'Customize Your Information', it
speaks of "Customizing contact groups" using User Defined Fields. Do you
have any feedback on using this feature to as a method to itemize contacts?
