Sub cotact categories disappeared but still shows in address book

Under Contacts I have 3 groups: Contact; Email; Email Friends; Phone. Now,
I click on the contact tab and it only shows Contats. But under Mail tab,
Address Book I can click the down arrow and all are visible. What happed to
the listing in Contacts and how do I get them back?

What are groups? Outlook uses no such term so we have no way of knowing what
you mean.
Were they separate Contact Folders? If so, how did you remove them? They
didn't disappear on their own.
Even though you remove Contacts Folders, the references to them will still
remain in the address book view until you remove them too.
