Styles Separators

When using style separators in a document, I have found
that if you create a separate style for the body of text
after the style separator is inserted which includes full
justification, it will not full justify the first line of
the paragraph. Is there a way to correct this problem?
Any solution would be appreciated. Thanks!
 
The heading style must also be justified.
