Styles - No Spacing style

When I click the No Spacing syle in the Styles group in the Home tab, the
insertion point moves from Lef to Center. Is this normal?
When I do the same thing with other person's computer, the insertion point
postition doesn't mobve (Left aligned). I wonder what is wrong with my Word
setting. Do I need to re-install?
 
Reinstalling would accomplish nothing (except a very big waste of
time).

Just Modify the No Spacing style to be Left-aligned instead of Center-
aligned.
 
It sounds as though you have redefined the style to be centre aligned.
Either modify it, to change it back again to left aligned or rename the
normal template normal.dotm to normal.dotm.old to reset to defaults.
