I would like to know of a publication (Amazon.com or Magazine) which suggest
rules for eLearning presentations. Proper slide backgrounds, Fonts, font
sizes which will enable good communication. Most "how to" books do not
satisfy my requirements.

Thanks, but I don't think that my site has what drlittle is looking for.
The book that I like is Interactivity by design by Ray Kristof and Amy
Satran. It's a bit old (1995), but it has a lot of good design rules for
interactive presentations.
