Stuttering problem when playing mp3's

I have a Soundblaster Live. I installed the latest drivers for my sound,
video, and Windows is completely updated. Whenever I play mp3s, regardless
if it's Winamp or WMP, the music stutters.

Anybody ever find a workaround for this?

Hi,

Check if you have any virus in your m/c. Install antivirus and apply latest
updates. Also check if any process is using up too much of memory or
process. Also if you tell what is the system configuration it will be
helpful.

Check if you have updated with latest DirectX drivers also. To do so, Go to
All programs -> Accessories -> System tools -> system information.
Go to Tools -> DirectX diagnostics tools. You will be able to check your
drivers and hardware in this application.
