Stupid security warning

With almost every webpage I open this stupid security warning pops-up and
asks me whether I want to download the Macromedia Flash Player. I've
answered about a 100 times no and it still comes up How can I stop it?

Just download it. I've never had a problem with it, and many web pages are
dependent on its use.
