stupid little popup

I keep getting this little popup which is a screen with
the windows flag in the left upper corner and the close x
in the right and a red circle with a white x towards the
left side and an OK block on the bottom. It keeps poping
up and if I click it off, it comes right back again. I
can't figure out what it means and it is getting very
annoying and it holds up things. Can anyone help me?

I do not understand how this problem is Active Directory related. I would
think that you would have better luck if you posted this question in the
WIN2000.General or WIN2000.Networking or Internet Explorer news groups.

I might install some sort of Adware or Malware remover ( such as Adaware
from http://www.lavasoftusa.com ) as well as running a housecall scan ( from
http://housecall.trendmicro.com ). The Housecall scan is a virus scan and
probably does not have too much to do with your problem but it might be a
good thing. Just know that it will take a good while to complete ( ca. one
hour! well, depending on the size of your hard drive and the number of
'things' installed on your computer, etc. etc. etc. ).
