Student XP Pro Upgrade

Can student XP Pro upgrade be laoded onto both my laptop and desktop or do I have to buy 2 upgrades?

Yes of course. When it comes to activation you'll have to call and purchase
another licence. Windows has always been 1 licence per system - since at
least 3.1.

Also, incorrect. You can have EITHER 1 copy and 2 licenses or 2 copies,
each w/their own license.

Correct, you can have either one copy with 2 licenses, or 2 copies (each
with its own license).
I stated the second however, because most people do not understand getting a
second license, and the cost is not that much cheaper.
