After installing a program and rebooting I lost my mouse
and keyboard. I would get the login screen and could do
nothing. So I booted with the W2K cd and started the
setup again. (The keyboard works in DOS and the first
screens of the cd setup) It found the existing Windows
installation and said to type R to repair. I chose that
and it started to reload windows. Now it's asking for the
ProductID. But by this point the keyboard is no longer
working therefore I can't enter it. In the meantime I
found a possible fix for the keyboard problem on the
knowledge base. But I need to get it back to booting
windows. Now it's stuck in a loop of trying to finish the
reinstall repair and stopping at the ProductID. Does
anyone know how I can enter that somewhere else, or a way
to get Windows to try and load again?
