Stuck in Safe Mode in Normal Startup mode need help!

I don't know when this happened as It could have been from the begining since
installing Vista, but when I opened my System Config. utility I noticed an
issue that is bothering me.
It seems that my PC is starting up as if it's normal in Selective start up
mode only.
It i tick on Normal Startup the boot tap will automatical tick into Safe mode.

If i un-tick the safe mode option in the boot tab than it goes back to
selective start.
How can i fix this! I would like to start my pc in Normal without going into
safe mode.
I hear It's not safe to have been always starting in seclective mode.
So there is a problem here and I can't find an answer.
please help!

Thank you!

Mike, there is no problem with it starting in Selective Mode.
I always have my XP and Vista doing it.

All selective mode means is that you, or a Tech, has taken some program/s
out from starting at startup.
Also, you might not want to run particular programs at startup.
A lot of people take Programs out from startup to make it start up quicker!
If you have Games, whatever; you don't need to start them at startup; just
double-click the desktop icon.

Cheers!
