Stuck in Que

I run Simply BitFax through MS Outlook 2000 and I have a
fax job that is stuck in the outbox. Have tried rebooting
and tried several times to delete or move the file with no
luck. Running Exchange server for e-mail. No other e-
mail can come in or go out though cause this one message
is stuck. Any advice on how to remove it through a more
advanced method? Thanks!
