Struggling to get web browser to work

Since building my new computer I haven't been able to get Advanced browser
to work... when I double-click on the icon it just opend the "send error
report" window. I have tried re-downloading and reinstalling many times but
still no luck. I can get IE6, Firefox, Ace Explorer & Enigma Browser to work
but They're simply not as good as Advanced Browser & and this is frustrating
the hell out of me. I have tried emailing tech support but they wont reply.
I am using XP Pro SP2 and if anyone can help me it would be much
appreciated.

This isn't an XP issue or a Microsoft issue in any way.

You wish to install another browser application in Windows, but it doesn't
work, so go to the publisher and ask them to help you fix their product.

Do you go to Westinghouse and blame them when your Kelvinator fride wont
keep your groceries cold?
