Do you mean you want to delete all the text, or do you mean you want
capture all the text to a file? If you are referring to the latter, you
have a couple of options:
(1) If all the text is in placeholders, you can copy and paste in
outline view.
(2) If not, then you can use the macro at this FAQ entry to do it:
