Strike thrus

As I type, using Word 2000, each letter has a "Strike Thru." All words end
up with a solid line thru them. At times the line desn't print and other
times it does, thus making the document unusable! Has anyone had a similar
problem and if so, how do you fix it?

Do you have Track Changes enabled? If not, try pressing Ctrl+Spacebar. If
that doesn't help, go to Format | Font, clear the Strikethrough box, then
click Default... and answer yes.
