Streaming Video Question

Rebecca

Greetings. My last posting went unanwered perhaps because
it was too vague, so I'll try again. I am using Windows
XP and IE 6.0. Whenever I watch streaming video at
www.cbs.com or similar news sites, I sometimes would like
to copy / save / record (whatever) the short video clips
and study the content with my students (who are studying
English as a foreign language). I am not trying to
capture video from a TV station, but the streaming video
and the like on the Internet (some sites used RealAudio,
others Windows Media Player). What software can I use
that can capture / download / record (whatever) these
short news clips? Thank you very much for your help.
