Neither a host nor FrontPage supplies MP3 files. To work
with MP3s, you upload the files to your server, link to
them on the web page by button or image icon or linked
text, then hope your visitor has the MP3 player installed
on his system, such as, I think, QuickTime.
by referencing an m3u file (it's just a plain text file with a playlist,
even one mp3 is a playlist) it'll stream into windows media player.
I recommend you download the windows media player SDK, get some coffee and
read it.
It's not so bad actually, plus there's an OK media player add-in on
Microsoft's FrontPage add-in section.
