Is there a software package that will allow me to play my audio files over
the internet with Windows XP Pro? I have Pro at home, 2000 at work. I'm
just trying to essentially "add" my home audio files to my playlist at work
and stream them at roughly 128 KB/sec.

Thanks,
James

I'm streaming radio right now but I can't figure out on demand
content...it's driving me insane. Which is why I was wondering if there's a
way I can do it natively within IIS or something.

If you know of a way to set up on demand audio with shoutcast, that would
rule too.

This can be easily done, depening on the setup you have.

I tested it using winamp and a free account with shoutcast. You can setup
the configuration file for winamp plugin ( shoutcast dsp plugin) for 24kps
and more than that too. 24kps was really good and nearly five users could
join and listen at a single time without any audio lag.

if you have a higher bandwidth installed, you can reach 128 without any
problem.

The only constraint is the other user should use winamp to listed to it.

if you planning for a online radio, you have plenty try run a search
