Strangest Problem EVER , Help ??

Hi again
Mayb There's a problem w/t the ram , mayb no :s Cuz I Suppose if th
problem was w/t the Ram then the system woudln't work with or withou
installing the drivers of the VGA card
But What i have here is that the system don't work "ONLY" when
install the VGA drivers And If I kept installing them I Can't Run M
system except If I Removed The Drivers " Then The Problem Might be fro
them " or Except If I removed the DDR " then it might be from It too "
For Me I think its a conflict between both , but i can't figure out ho
and i can't just throw a RAM i'v just bought :S
And Again : Why Would The Windwos Says That the drivers didn't pass th
logo verify test and after i reinstall it it don't say so , i don'
think this is a RAM issue :S

My VGA Card is MSI Nvidia Geforce FX-5200 , I've Tried The Driver
Which comes w/t the Card , Tried the Latest Drivers From Nvidia Websit
, Tried the Latest Drivers From MSI website
My Card Isn't Onboard Card so i ddn't try to search for it on the M
site

Thnx Again All and hope that we can find a solution
Thnx alot in advance

1. The RAM could be bad. The way to determine this is to test it. I like
Memtest86+ from www.memtest.org. Obviously, you have to get the program
from a working machine. You will either download the precompiled
Windows binary to make a bootable floppy or the .iso to make a bootable
cd. If you want to use the latter, you'll need to have third-party
burning software on the machine where you download the file - XP's
built-in burning capability won't do the job. In either case, boot with
the media you made. The test will run immediately. Let the test run for
an hour or two - unless errors are seen immediately. If you get any
errors, replace the RAM.

2. The video card could be bad (that is an older card). Swap it out for
a known-working video card. If the problem goes away, then you know you
need to replace the card.

Testing hardware failures often involves swapping out suspected parts
with known-good parts. If you can't do the testing yourself and/or are
uncomfortable opening your computer, take the machine to a professional
computer repair shop (not your local equivalent of BigStoreUSA).

Did you verify, either before or after you bought the ram, that it's
compatible with your motherboard?

I'm not sure why you're so insistent that the ram can't be bad or
incompatible. From what you said, no matter what else you do, when the new
ram is in the computer, things don't work, but when you use the old ram
everything is fine. It sure points a finger in a particular direction for
me.
