Strange 'Test' icon.

Classic 42

WinXP Home. I get this on a daily basis as an icon on my desktop under the
name 'Test'. It opens in Notepad. What is it? and what causes it?

Free attributes
Free pointer hashtable
Free ID hashtable
Dealloc all data done

Right click the icon, select Properties......you should be able to tell
where and what it is generated by.
Heirloom, old and the headache meds
didn't work
 
It looks like a virus or some spyware you need to do a virus scan and get
spybot search and destroy and check your system if you don't have antivirus
program i recommend you go to mcafee.com and get stinger from them and check
your system.

D/Loaded and used SpybotSD. It found 9 tracking cookies which it fixed.
Ran AVG Virus check. Scanned 38519 objects over 16min 35sec. Result:- No
virus found.
Don't know what else to do, doesn't seem to affect the computer.
Running dual boot, Win 98SE on 80G HD Win XP Home on 250 G HD. Only affects
Win XP Home.
