Hi,

I am not sure if this is not a threat on me. I sent an email to a person,
and received a read receipt from another one. How can that be? Actually what
I received is:

I am a bit scared because they know each other and I am in conflict with the
first one (it is business stuff). I don't want a conflict with the second one.

I am ready to give more details if needed, I can even send the full headers,
but I don't want to make it so public.

Can someone help, please?

I thank you very much for your attention

Best regards

It sounds like the message you sent to the first person is
being redirected (delivered) to the Second one.

I would be careful what you send to the first one. Perhaps
a phone call to the first one may shed some light on it.

I have a doubt... If the first one (making public our conflict) redirected
the email to the second one, wouldn't the read receipt go back to him? How
can it go to me? If he put me in Bcc, I would have received it? A read
receipt is to tell the person that YOU have received THEIR email, or am I
totally wrong?

Is it possible to play like that? They are not supposed to be hackers or
something, but NOTARIES!!!

I would really be pleased to understand how that worked. I cannot call the
first one, he doesn't take my calls anymore, and the receptionist will say
she doesn't know, but I can call the second one... just I would like to know
where I put my feet before!

Thanks again for your attention

Best regards
