Windows Explorer/Soundblaster problem

I just installed a Soundblaster X-Fi ExtremeMusic card and now I'm having
problems with a lot of my programs. The glaring one is that Windows Explorer
has lost the toolbar at the top (the one with the "search" button and all
that. How can I get this back? Any ideas besides uninstalling the
Soundblaster software?

Try creating a new user account, restart pc in new,if all is well, the old
user account is corrupted,delete it.

Have you tried this:

Load Explorer, look at the "View" menu, select "Toolbars -> Standard
Buttons".

Does the button menu return?

Even the menus are gone. I've changed to using "My Computer" as a way to get
Explorer to look normal.
