Bluescreen of Death with Fault bucket : X64_0xA_ctaud2k + xxxxx

Hi,

I use Dell Laptop D830 with D/Dock Station + Windows Vista 64-bit PL. The
docking station has single PCI Port. I use it to enhance sound capability of
my configuration. There is Sound Blaster X-Fi ExtremeMusic Card inserted in
the slot.

It seems that there is some issue with the sound card, as I obtani BoD
everytime I try to use the audio device.

Could anybody help?

Hi,

I am sure that I installed the only 64-bit drivers that are available at
Creative site.

How do you sugest to check which version I have?

Run dxdiag.exe from the start/search line, check the Sound tab for driver
information.
