Strange Problem with my e-mails.

In my e-mail accounts I can not compose a message. I can write in the address
but I can not write a message. I tried in hotmail and yahoo and still I can
not write a message. What should I do?

You mean Webmail or a client?
 
Yes the webmail. I can go to any e-mail site and open a account and it will
not let me compose a message but it will let me write in the address and
subject bars, SO I do not know what to do.
