Strange problem with e-mail

Hello

I use Outlook for my e-mail and every now and again halfway down an
e-mail I am writing a couple of lines appear (well that's the point they
don't)in invisible writing (in that the colour is the same as the page)
and the font changes to TNR; any ideas please?

suggestion did work.
