Strange Outlook 2003 Error some times

Is there any know virus that uses or downloads part of Norton Winfax pro?
I'm starting to get a error when closing outlook 2003 which says something
about a file that needs to be recopied from the profax disc but I don't have
Norton profax on my system and never did. this is the link that MS sent me
to and it has something about a file called DCCDA32I.DLL . I did a file
search in XP Pro and did not find it.
