Strange Ouook problems l

Recently , I have outlook users having strange problems of not able to
receive mails to their PST file , all mails get stucked at the server. After
a while mails start dropping in again. Then later it get stucked again. I
have done repair of PST etc. But still cannot solve the problem. Any
pointers given will be greatly appreciated.

Actually the problem would not have to do with your .pst file as the email
is getting stuck at your server. Maybe someone can help you better if you
write what server setup you have and what problems the server may be having
that are causing this?

Obviously IMHO, if the email is getting stuck at the server and never being
sent to the client then the problem is at the server end and not at the
client end. Start at troubleshooting your (I assume it's Exchange) mail
server.
