strange map drive problem

Dear all,
One of my client who is using Windows 2000 Professional have the
following issue that I can't resolve. His PC maps some drive to some share
folder from the server. He seldom off the PC even off office hour.
For the past few day, the PC will map all the remaining drive (e to z)
to the same network share folder automatically. Even we manually disconnect
these drivers it will still come back. I have tried restart the PC but the
situation still the same.
We suspect is virus, but now virus found with the latest software. May I
get some advise from you all before I give up and reformat the PC.

If you're running Office2k or prior, disable FindFast - it's the most common
culprit.
