Strange lines appearing all over the screen

I used a program to delete some spywares and after restarting my computer,
strange lines started to appear on my screen. I checked with another monitor
and it seems that it is not my monitor's fault. I am using 16-bit colour
setting, if i use 32-bit, the lines will disappear.

Get Ad-aware (http://www.lavasoft.com) and start it from the internal
Administrator account. Or run your anti-spyware tool from there again.
To log on as the Administrator press CTRL-ALT-DEL twice at the logon
screen and type in the username and password.
 
but this only helps to prevent spywares but not solve my 'strange lines'
problem...
 
You solved your problem in your initial post. Use the 32-bit
settings for then the lines disappear.
