Strange icons "doubled imaged"

Hi!

I have a computer that's got the icons for files and
shortcuts changed. They look like they got an icon for a
network printer doubled over them. You can se th original
icon behind the printer icon.

It's not like that there are two icons, rather that they a
merged with the printer icon in front. They work as they
should but they look insane.

Anyone got a clue to solve this??
