Strange Icon Behavior

On a lot of folders, I get the 'default programs' icon. I have now clue
why. I'm assuming this is a bug. I'm using Vista build 5384. The location
shown is not the only place I get this. I've seen this in other locations
as well.

I'm going to go ahead and report this.

Probably a video driver issue, but yeah, you should bug it.
