Last night I was having a problem that whenever I entered one of my admin
accounts (I have 2), I got a system32 page telling me they were system files
and not to open them. I checked the startup (in msconfig) of this and the
other admin account and found that the one that displayed the system 32
screen had a startup entry of /L:ENG. I disabled that entry and all is
back to norman on startup.
I was looking at the difference in user account structures and found the one
I had a problem with had 2 additional folders . One was named "User Data"
with some alpha/numeric named sub folders; and the second is a folder named
'Windows" with a subfolder of "system".
Does this sound like a problem? It could be that this is the only account I
have done anything with (I have only had the computer for a couple of days).
Any help or reassurances?
Thanks
