Hi Everyone, I've recently bought and installed Windows XP Professional and
I've just installed Microsoft Anti-Spyware on my machine. When playing games
i shutdown all uneeded programs except my firewall and anti-virus (Blueyonder
PCGaurd). After starting/launching any programs (not just games) Anti-Spyware
re-launches and starts it services again. This is not something that happend
in the past while running Windows XP Home Edition, just XP Pro. Anyone have
an idea why this would happen? . Thanks in advance. Daillew.

Not really sure I understand what you mean by:?
Anti-Spyware re-launches and starts it services again.

Could you elaborate some?

Dixonian69, I think services was a bad choice of words. What i mean is that
when Antispy is running it monitors various system checkpoints while running
in the background using the real-time protection. I shutdown Antispyware
along with other non essential programs when playing games to free up some
resources, even though i have completly shut down and turned off Antispy it
starts back up again if i start any program on my machine.
