A user is having an issue with outlook that I am having a difficult time to
narrow down. Whenever she replies or forwards an email, if she tries to
type within the original message, it will automatically paste in her user
name. This happens with every letter or word she tries to type... we cannot
even narrow it down to a specific letter that triggers this.
This does not seem to happen if she is creating a new email or if she is
simply typing a response for a reply or forward..... only when she tries to
alter the original text.
She does not have an autotext entry with her user name at all so we cannot
figure out where outlook is getting this from.
She is using MS Office 2003 SP1 (outlook 2003) and Windows XP SP1
Any suggestions?
