Stops Outlook 2003 From Receiving E-mail

After installing the Beta I tried to send and receiving
mail and Outlook was only able to send. The send/receive
details screen would not popup. After uninstalling the
Beta it then worked properly.
 
What kind of account, or server, were you trying to receive mail from? Was
this Pop3 mail, or something else--hotmail, via http, for example?
