stops allowing some user to login

Some my active directory stops allowing some user to login
to server (windows 2000) .

This statted working after I deleted and recreated same
account again.
Is ther any kind of Bug in Windows 2000 server .

Has any one phases this kind of Problem. Please let me
know if you have any solution for this .

Another Quetion :-
How to ftp to windows 2000 server with my default home
directory mounted. By devault it take "/" .
