Stopping Rules Wizard at Startup

Hi,

I use the Rules Wizard quite a bit for my work email (Exchange). It really
helps me organize. Unfortunately, when I am remote, even with a broadband
connection, it takes a long time to run the rules (500 new messages, 20
rules). Can I override the Outlook startup (let's say a shift key) to allow
me to keep the Rules Wizard from running? That way, I can download the
messages and run the rules at a later time when remote, but still have the
automatic filtering in the office. I tried to create a new profile, but it
appears the rules are stored with PST so when I configured the new profile to
use the same data store, I keep getting "Client and Server rules and not
match". I'd even be happy with a registry entry that I can run a script to
turn the Rules Wizard on and off before I load Outlook.

Is there anything I can besides unchecking every rule each time I log off?

Thanks!
Sam
