Stopping outlook matching name of recipient?

Hi,

Is there any way of stopping Outlook from trying to match the name o
the sender I wish to send an email to, as I'm typing in the name??

I'll give ya the set up tomorrow, I'm at home and don't have 200
installed at home.

this may help: tools>options and then I *think* email options>advance
and it's in there. I'll post tomorrow.

I had a user who's profile at work wouldn't take the changes...I had t
have user do a full logoff of Outlook and a reboot
