We are having trouble configuring our systemm sothat users
are unable to have mutltiple logins. We are running
WIndows 2000 NEtwork with XP Pro clients. Our end users
(1350 end-users)can have mutilple logins at the moment and
of course this comprises security of the system.

Does anyone ahve a solution to our problem. Is this a
WIndows 2000 problem in coming to grips with the more
recent XP client?

Hello Shane.

Please take a look at the following article for a means to get the
functionality you require:
237282 Limiting a User's Concurrent Connections in Windows 2000 and Windows
NT
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=237282

The only other alternative would be to restrict the workstations that the
users are allowed to logon to. This restriction is defined in the user's
account properties (look at the 'account' tab in user properties and look
for the button 'log on to..')
