Stopping Grouping/Stacking Views IE, Word and other programs.

How to stop IE, Word and Windows Explorers from grouping/stacking the various windows of the same program when I'm using more than one window of the same program?

I'm having this problem on my Windows XP Pro on my ThinkPad, but I don't have the problem on my Windows XP Home Ed on my desktop.

Thanks.

Right click on an empty spot on the taskbar. Click on
Properties on the resulting context menu. On the Taskbar
tab of the Taskbar and Star Menu Properties window that
has now opened simply uncheck "Group similar taskbar
buttons.
