Stopping downloads.

[Help!]

Is there a way to restrict downloads on Windows XP IE 6?
My nephew is continuously downloading games because he
sees his mom do it and it's killing the computer!!!
Coming home late every night to uninstall all these
programs is really annoying!!

Please help me restrict these downloads or point me to
software that will!! Thanks!!

Internet Options | Security [tab] | Custom Level [button]
Scroll down to: Downloads (option)
Select: Disable, Apply\Ok

Next go here and create the following Registry entry:

Panel]
"SecurityTab"=dword:00000001

If nephew is using his own profile, sign on as nephew then apply the above.
