Only way is by using Rights Management, and I think that is only contained
in Windows Server 2003 and only applies to emails sent within the domain.
Otherwise you have absolutely no control over emails the second they leave
your computer.
If you are using Outlook 2003 and the client isn't you can still use
Information Rights (without the server bits) and the client could download
the Internet explorer add in.
Hi Jon,
I dont think so and at the end of the day if the client is desperate enough
they will find a way (take a picture of the screen). The download is free
but a hassle at the end of the day.
Thanks for that. I was just hoping there was a way without having to do the
download and install, as not all of our clients have the admin rights to
install the software to make it readable.
There is a way - GigaTrust. We have products that can extend RMS outside of
an enterprise. Check out the site: www.gigatrust.com.
I would be glad to discuss.
