stopped receiving emails

I can send but not receive.

I click Send/Receive and get no error messages. Outlook acts like it is
checking for new mail but does not deliver - and I know there is new mail.

I have rebooted the desktop and rebooted the server - to no avail.

I went to the web homes for my email provider (I have 4 accounts) and deleted
messages there that I had not received (after reading them if necessary), and
then closed Outlook, and then reopened - then hit Send/Receive.

If you have more than one email account, do the above one at a time so you
can tell which account you were actually having trouble with.

I'm having the same problem. Please let me know if you get a reply that
works.
