Stoping XP from automatically loading up DirectCD

I had originally created a CD using DirectCD on my old
computer (which does not have Windows XP). When I tried to
read this CD in my new Windows XP, it says that I can't
read it. OK, this is fine. I can deal with that.

But now on my new machine with Windows XP, whenever I
startup, a dialog box appears on the bottom right saying
that I have tried to load up the DirectCD driver and that
it is incompatible with Windows XP.

Does anyone know how I can stop this driver from loading?
Thanx.
