Stop Windows Installer from coming up every time I start Word

Since I tried to add the borders function to Word 2003, Windows installer
will not stop popping up trying to install it. It comes up with an error
SKU112.cab cannot be found. This is Microsoft Office Student Teacher edition
2003.
