Stop users seeing calender details

Hi, Running SBS 2003 and Outlook 2002/3.

Is it possible to share a users calender so that other users can only see
that they have an appointment and not the details of the appointment? For
example if an MD has a meeting; he wants his PA to see that he has an
appointment in his calender but not that it is a meeting? I know you can
select private appointment but this user wants all appointments to be like
this. I have read that you can do this by changing Outlooks sensativity in
advanced options, but is there a way to do this using exchange permisions?
When I look in AD at mailbox rights the users has loads of inherited
permissions but I dont know where these are inherited from?

Hope this makes sense.

Thanks very much - Tim

This is a standard function of setting permissions in the Calendar.

People on your Exchange can see anyone's free/busy data but no details. If
you give them permission they can see the details, right up to details of
those marked private (depending on what level of permission you give).

Right click your Calendar, Properties, permissions and set some!

I hope this helps you at least a little bit!
