Stop Software Installations

Hi, Could anyone tell me how to stop others from installing software such as
Messengers and Games onto a networked computer without making new Users? I
thought there was something in the Local Security Policy but I can't find
out how and where. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in
advance. Susie
 
Hi,

It's a group policy, start/run gpedit.msc, look under Comp Config/Admin/Win
Components/Win Installer.
