I'm running IE 6.0 SP2. On many websites when I click on a hyperlink to
open I get a small red octagon-shaped stop sign with a white hand in it.
The link does not open. I've noticed this when trying to open calendars on
pages to make reservations and pay bills. Is there a setting I can change
so these will open?

Thanks,
Chip

Hi,
You have a security program, pop-up blocker or ad-blocker running which is
blocking new windows. You'll have to explore to find the program and the
option to disable it. With many programs of this type, holding the Ctrl or
Shift key down when clicking a link will allow the new window to open.

Hope this helps,
