stop sending updates

I need to notify the same people sending me updates, to
stop sending them. my efforts have been unsuccessful.
Please remove my hotmail address fromt he knowledge base
update list. My email is constantly full as a result.

Hey noob, stop posting your real address on newsgroups. That's how the
spammers are getting your e-mail address.

Hi Robert,

Doesn't work that way. The "update" is a really a virus disguised as an
official email. You can't stop them, all you can do is filter them out or
delete them upon arrival.Microsoft does not send updates out in this manner.
